Frame Dimensions—Frames are measured by the size of the artwork they hold. Measure your artwork, mat, or panel, and order that size frame. The frame will overlap your artwork by about 1/4″ on each side so it fits securely. If the frame includes a precut mat, the mat opening is indicated as Artwork Size.

Cost: Flat rate $5.99 per order Delivery Time: 1–3 business days Carrier: USPS Priority, UPS 2nd Day Air Perfect for urgent or time-sensitive projects.

Taxes

Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Eligibility

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

No returns for custom artworks, opened art materials, gift cards, digital, or clearance items.

Return Process

Contact support@velunza.store with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns get an RA number and full instructions.

Shipping Costs

Velunza covers costs for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, customers pay return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after approval to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless it’s a Velunza error.
