Eligibility

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

No returns for custom artworks, opened art materials, gift cards, digital, or clearance items.

Return Process

Contact support@velunza.store with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns get an RA number and full instructions.

Shipping Costs

Velunza covers costs for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, customers pay return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after approval to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless it’s a Velunza error.
