1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
If there is a high volume of orders or a temporary stock delay, we will notify you by email.
2. Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) on business days will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Options and Rates
We currently offer two delivery options across the United States:

Perfect for customers needing their supplies or artworks quickly for time-sensitive projects.
4. Shipping Coverage
Velunza ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real time.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact us at support@velunza.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
Velunza is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
8. Local Pickup and Delivery
Currently, Velunza does not offer in-person pickup or local delivery. All orders are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse.
9. Holiday Shipping Notice
During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving), carrier delivery times may be slightly delayed. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely arrival.
10. How to send big or heavy objects
Some products at Velunza, like giant paintings, frames, easels, or art objects that are too big or heavy to be shipped on a regular basis, may need other shipping methods. Please read the rules below:
a. Be careful when you handle and package
We use specific packing and protective reinforcement methods to make sure that large items get to their destination without getting damaged.
It can take an extra day or two to pack.
b. Extra shipping costs
Some big things may cost more to ship because they are bigger than what the carrier says they can handle.
Before you finish your purchase, the checkout page will clearly show you how much this will cost (if anything).
c. Time it takes to deliver big things
Delivery times for large items may take longer than usual.
In the tracking or confirmation email, delivery estimates will be updated right away.
d. Choosing a Carrier
Depending on how big the items are, we may employ special shipping services like UPS Oversize, FedEx Oversize, or Freight Service.
To make sure the package gets there securely, Velunza will pick the best carrier.
e. Delivery Requirements
Some big packages may need a signature from the customer to make sure they get the whole thing and that it doesn’t get damaged in transit.
f. Claims for damage to large items
If the big item is damaged while it is being transported, please take pictures of the packing and the item and contact us within 48 hours of receiving it for the fastest help.
