1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return for most items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in new, unused condition

  • Include all original packaging and accessories

  • Have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Custom-made or commissioned artworks

  • Opened or used art materials such as paints, brushes, inks, or markers

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@velunza.store with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Once approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Velunza will cover all return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is safely received.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Velunza error.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items. If you received a faulty product, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged during transit or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at support@velunza.store.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage for faster assistance. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after approval:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider—it may take additional time for funds to post.
